Epson A4 Workforce Pro WF-M Mono Printers

Three A4 mono machines, all built around the same PrecisionCore print head and DURABrite Ultra ink, all running at 34 pages per minute at 1,200 x 2,400dpi, and all handling stock from 64 to 256g/m2 including envelopes and card.

The WF-M5399DW is the current printer: a 250 sheet main tray plus an 80 sheet multi-purpose tray, USB and network, Windows and Mac.

The WF-M5899DWF is the same machine with fax added. Choose it only if you genuinely need fax, because otherwise you are paying for something that will sit unused.

The WF-M5298DW is the previous generation and is no longer stocked. It has been replaced by the WF-M5299DW.

What you are buying with any of these is low intervention. Ink packs run a very long time between changes, and with no fuser or drum there is far less to replace than on a mono laser of comparable output. For a machine sitting in a corridor or a back office, that is usually the point.
