Epson Workforce Pro

WorkForce Pro is Epson’s business range, and it covers a lot of ground. The groups below are organised by model series, which helps once you know what you are looking for and rather less before.

The short version. WF-47xx and WF-48xx are compact A4 all-in-ones for small teams. WF-6xxx steps up paper capacity and speed for busier offices. WF-C57xx and WF-C58xx are the current A4 business workhorses. WF-C81xx and WF-C86xx are the A3 machines, for offices producing plans, spreadsheets, drawings or marketing material in house.

The decision usually comes down to three questions. Do you need A3? How many people share the machine? And would you rather buy cartridges or high capacity ink packs?

All of them are inkjet, which for a business means lower energy use than a comparable laser, no warm up wait, and fewer consumable parts to replace. Colour costs less per page.

If you would rather describe your situation than work through the series numbering, call 01903 692 222 and we will point you at the right group.

Matt and his team are always on-hand to answer any queries we may have, and always met with a friendly voice at the end of the phone. Everything is so clear, understandable, and honest. Any problems are swiftly dealt with and you don’t feel like another account number. Jade is also fantastic with helping when needed.

My dealings with the staff has found them to be always friendly, helpful and kind. The telephone is answered promptly and efficiently. You can almost “see” the smile at the other end of the line. My recent problem was solved after a great deal of help delivered with patience and enthusiasm. I felt confident in knowing that help was at the end of the phone line.

Recommended as an efficient, caring company.
