Epson consumables for every machine we sell, and for plenty we no longer do.

Start with your printer model, which is printed on the front of the machine. Epson part numbers give little clue as to what fits what, and cartridges that look identical are often keyed differently between series, so match against the model rather than the appearance.

Three things cause most wrong orders.

Standard and XL versions of the same cartridge carry different part numbers. XL costs more per cartridge and less per page, so if you print regularly, compare page yield rather than the price on the box.

Ink packs are not cartridges. RIPS machines take sealed high capacity packs and these are ordered differently, so check which system your printer uses before you search.

Maintenance boxes are consumables too. Epson inkjets collect waste ink in a replaceable box, and the printer will stop when it fills. Worth having a spare on the shelf before that happens rather than after.
