Epson Workforce Printers

WorkForce is Epson’s entry range for small offices and home working: all-in-ones that print, scan and copy without the running costs or the footprint of a business machine.

The WF-78xx series is what we currently stock, and it is A3 capable, which is unusual at this level. Most printers in this bracket stop at A4, so if you occasionally need a larger sheet for a plan, a spreadsheet or a poster, a WF-78xx saves a trip to the print shop.

Where WorkForce sits is worth being straight about. It is designed for a few people sharing a machine, not a department. If your printer runs constantly, or people queue for it, WorkForce Pro has the paper capacity and duty cycle to cope and will cost less per page across its life.

And if your printing is heavy but predictable, compare against EcoTank before you decide. EcoTank trades a higher purchase price for much cheaper ink, and at steady volumes that is usually the better arithmetic.
